fs: 1999 Audi A4 quattro Sedan in Etobicoke, ON

I have forsale my 99 Audi a4 Quattro, it's fully loaded with all power options, heated seas. I recenty just changed the rear wheel bearings, full tune up, new clutch and a few other things, there's no rust whatsoever the car is clean just has 3 small dents. It comes with 17" black and chrome lip rims with new tires and calipers are painted red also comes with the winter rim set. It has a 2.5" cat back with cheery bomb resonator and single tip muffler.

The bad:
The driver seat is ripped
small dent on the back take a look in last pic.
Engine light is on. I of it scanned and the mechanic said its a EVAP code and I it smoked tested to find the leak and the mechanic said its the leak detection pump itself is leaking.
exterior molding on the driver side has a small rip. nothing big
exhaust heat shield is rattling
Windshield wipers don't work getting them fixed on Friday
